Revenue Job Assist

Revenue Job Assist is a special tax allowance which is available for people who have been unemployed for one year or more and who take up a qualifying job. The Revenue Job Assist tax credits are added to the individuals existing tax credits and can be claimed for three years. It also gives employers double wage deduction in their accounts for a period of three years. Employment must be for a minimum of 30 hours per week for at least 12 months.
