The VM31 vertical lift has a maximum lifting height of 3m and is designed for users of wheelchairs. The lift has been designed with internal panels made from a lightweight material and the external sides are a creamy-white. The lift is operated with internal controls that can be fitted for right handed or left handed users. Alternatively the lift can be used with the buttons on either floor. The lift runs on a free-standing track with safety sensors on the edges and base of the floating platform to prevent collision with other objects. An internal ramp offers support and aids entry and exit from the lift and an audible alarm is fitted for emergency use.
