The Wessex VM50 vertical lift has a built in seat that can be used in a number of positions to give the specific user the most support. The lift has been designed with internal panels made from a lightweight material and the external sides are a creamy-white. The lift is operated with internal controls that can be fitted for right handed or left handed users. Alternatively the lift can be used with the buttons on either floor. The lift runs on a free-standing track with safety sensors on the edges and base of the floating platform to prevent collision with other objects. Grab handles and an internal ramp offer support and aid entry and exit from the lift and an audible alarm is fitted for emergency use.
