The it-Send Pro is a six channel wireless transmitter from the Simply works range of receivers and access devices.

It-Send Pro works with up to six switches and enables wired switches to become wireless when used with Inclusive Technologies wireless receivers. The switches can then be used to access a computer or switch-accessible toys.
