This personal sound amplifier is designed for individuals who are hard of hearing. It intercepts and amplifies sound signals so the user can listen to conversations or to the TV or radio. The Echo Minitech T has a digital volume control that can be easily adjusted to suit a range of different situations. It also has tone control so the bass and treble can be adjusted. This personal amplifier can be used with a digital under the chin headset or a high-powered neck loop, which are both supplied with the device.
