Kings produce a range of cutlery handles and sleeves that can be combined with utensils to provide customised cutlery solutions. This specialised range of utensils includes a splayed, which is a combination fork and spoon, a Nelson knife, a small rocker knife and a large rocker knife.

Each utensil blade has a plastic spigot at its end instead of a handle. The spigots are designed to fit tightly into a variety of different handles, so the user can customise their own cutlery. The handles are supplied separately. The combination fork and a spoon may be helpful for individuals who only have the use of one hand.
