This range of cutlery is designed to assist users with limited handgrip, who have difficulty holding utensils. Each utensil has a stainless steel blade and a built-up, cylindrical, plastic handle.
The Queens One-Handed Built-Up Cutlery range is also available. This cutlery is designed to facilitate one-handed feeding. The range includes a splayed fork and a Nelson knife.
The Angled Queens Built-Up Cutlery is also available from some suppliers. The blades on this cutlery are angled away from the handles to facilitate users with poor wrist or arm mobility. Left and right-handed versions of the angled cutlery are available.
