This dish consists of one bowl set inside another. The outer bowl has an opening at the side into which you can pour hot water. The water in the outer bowl keeps the contents of the inner bowl warm. This dish comes with a funnel that fits the opening in the outer dish. The weight of the water stabilises the dish during use. This item is dishwasher safe. Not suitable for microwave.
