This support rail is designed to facilitate horizontal transfers from the bed. It consists of a wall-mounted rail with an attached strap and a triangular handle. The horizontal rail is mounted to the wall above the bed where it suspends the strap and pull handle above the user. The user grabs the handle to assist themselves when getting out of bed.

The rail can be set at six different angles using the pull-chain locking mechanism. The length-adjustable strap can be secured at four different positions along the rail to suit the users needs.
