The Posey Economy Mitt is designed to help prevent the user removing treatment equipment such as IV lines and catheters and to protect those who cause self harm. The mitts have a foam padded palm area and a closed mesh back that allows for skin checks. The mitts have three finger separators to divide the thumb, the little finger and the three middle fingers into compartments. The mitt fastens with hook and loop fastenings around the wrist.
