CombiStim XP is a digital device for the treatment of incontinence. CombiStim XP can stimulate weakened pelvic floor muscles using Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS). It can also measure the strength and quality of your muscle contractions using Electromyography (EMS). The unit can be used in the privacy of your own home and it has minimal side effects.

CombiStim XP has three treatment options: Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS), Electromyography (EMG), and EMG-Triggered Stimulation (ETS). EMS is used to exercise the user's pelvic floor muscles with gentle electrical impulses thereby strengthening and training them. EMG monitors the strength and quality of the user's own voluntary muscle contractions and gives audio and visual feedback. ETS is a combination of EMS and EMG treatments. EMG measures the strength of the user's own voluntary muscle contractions and once a preset threshold level is reached the device triggers an EMS driven involuntary contraction.
