Weighted cuffs wrap around the wrist and provide extra resistance when exercising the upper body. They are used to help strengthen muscle tone and flexibility in the arm. These cuff weights are made of iron pellets, which are encased, in heavy-duty vinyl. The cuffs are fastened around the wrist with Velcro straps and are divided into segments, which keep the weight evenly distributed. The cuffs come in different weights and are colour coded for easy identification.
