This handgrip flexor is designed to exercise and strengthen individual fingers as well as improve overall handgrip. The device fits into the palm of the hand. It consists of four finger pads mounted on springs and a rubber palm grip.

Each finger pad can be calibrated to provide targeted exercise for individual fingers. It can also be used for assessment and ongoing evaluation. Some suppliers offer a range of different Digi-Flex exercisers with different resistance levels for progressive rehabilitation.
