This exercise device is designed to increase the range of motion in the arms and shoulders. It consists of a figure of eight track, a hand skate with castors and a weight system that provides resistance. The user places their hand and forearm on the skate and moves it around the track. The skate has a strap to secure the forearm during exercise.

The board is reinforced with a steel rim and it has a special surface that reduces the sound of the skate. The skate has quiet castors, which also help reduce the sound level. There are four hooks on the skate where the resistive weights can be attached. The skate and the exercise board can be purchased as a set or as separate items.
