Forearm-Based Skateboard

This forearm exerciser is designed to increase the range of motion in the arms and shoulders. The device consists of a moulded plastic base that holds the users hand and forearm in a neutral position. The base is mounted on rubber castors that move the arm around to different positions. A series of straps hold the forearm and the hand in place during the exercises. The base is designed to prevent the device from tipping over. The hand piece can be repositioned so the exerciser can be used with the left or right hand.

A ball hand piece is available for this device. It attaches to the top of the exerciser and holds the palm in an arched position during exercises. It also abducts the thumb and fingers. This accessory is available for right-handed and left-handed people.
