Resistive Prehension Bench

This exercise device is designed to increase strength and range of motion in the fingers, arms and shoulders. It consists of an aluminium plate, which is mounted on four legs. The flat plate has 36 knobs attached to its surface.

The knobs come in four different shapes and each one is mounted on a spring that provides resistance for grasping exercises. The graded springs provide resistance of up to 9.5kg. The user must grasp the knobs and attempt to rotate them during the exercises.
