The exercise device is designed to increase range of motion, sequencing skills, hand-eye co-ordination and endurance. The set consists of a base with six plastic upright rods and 72 rings. The rods come in two different heights and six different diameters. There are a dozen rings of each size to fit the different rods.

The user must reach up and place the rings on the correct rod. An extra set of 72 rings can be purchased separately. The rods can be removed and packed into the base, which doubles as a carrying case complete with lid.
