This incline board is
designed to increase strength and range of motion in the arms and
shoulders. The moulded plastic board has a central piece with
handles, which is mounted on a track. The user holds the handles
and slides the central piece up and down on the track, which is set
at an incline.
The angle of inclination can be adjusted to provide different
degrees of shoulder extension. Weights can be added to increase
resistance and improve the users strength. The board can be
temporarily or permanently attached to the table.
