This device can be used to strengthen and rehabilitate the hand and forearm. It consists of a sponge ball with attached resistant cords that fit around the users fingers. The sponge ball resists the muscles that close the hand, while the elastic cords alternately resists the muscles that open the hand. It is designed to allow the wrist, hand and fingers to move through full, natural planes of motion during exercise. 

The Handmaster Plus can help improve circulation, coordination, balance and strength. There are three different balls available with different resistance levels, one for early rehabilitation, late rehabilitation and strength training. Each ball comes with two flexible cords that fit different hand sizes. This product also comes with instructions.
