This tuning board is designed to develop balance skills and functional movements. It can be used in the rehabilitative treatment of individuals recovering from strokes or head injuries. It can also be used to treat people with cerebral palsy or balance disorders.
The circular board is made of foam and is covered in a plastic coating. The user stands on the board, which simulates functional movements to enhance balance. The balance board has round edges and a controlled tipping function for user safety.
