This positioning aid is designed to support children with neurological impairments in a side-lying position. The device can accommodate pre-school children to adolescent children. The support system consists of a base cushion with a vertical back support and a set of adjustable safety straps.

The positioning device is made of high-density foam, which is covered in a slip-resistant coating that can be wiped clean. The child is held securely in place on their left or right side with two strong straps. The base is angled to provide correct positioning. Two rectangular blocks, which can be used as a headrest and a leg abductor, are available separately.
