This upper body exerciser can be used at home or in the clinic for conditioning, rehabilitation and building strength. The device incorporates a number of different exercise instruments to facilitate several rehabilitation exercises.

It features an over door wedge hanger, a 22 step fluted finger ladder and a wind-up shoulder wheel with a nylon rope and vertical height adjustment knob. It also includes two dowels and a swivel pulley with a nylon rope and two handgrips.
