This exerciser is designed to increase endurance and strength in the shoulder, forearm and wrist. It also improves range of motion in the upper body. The device consists of an arm skate, which is mounted on a wooden base with a double pivot system.

The user places their arm in the contoured padded arm skate and grasps the hand cone. They move their arm back and forth on the pivoting system to exercise their upper body. The base is held securely in place with three non-slip feet and the user's arm is kept in the arm skate with a Velcro strap.
