Shoulder Rotation Exerciser

This wall-mounted exerciser is designed to exercise the shoulder, forearm and wrist and increase the range of motion in the whole arm. The device consists of a wall mounting pole and a small central wheel with an attached bar and horizontal handle. The user grasps the exercisers horizontal handle and pushes it so that their arm goes through 360° of rotation with the central wheel.

The handle can be moved up or down the bar to suit the users needs. This height-adjustable exerciser has a resistance control so as the user's strength and range of motion improves the difficulty of the exercise can be increased for progressive rehabilitation.
