The ProfiCare is a pressure relief mattress replacement system. The system includes a pump and control unit and a mattress with 17 individual air cells to distribute pressure evenly. The mattress can be used in static and alternating mode to provide a pulsating ripple in four pressure modes. Alarms indicate low or high pressure and alternation failure. A tag can be pulled from the mattress to allow for CPR if required and deflation takes 10 seconds. The system can be used in travel mode and can be cleaned for clinical use.
