Russka Pressure Relieving System

This pressure relieving system consists of a choice of two overlays and one control unit that works with both. The control unit keeps the air pressure in the overlays at the optimum level for the users individual needs. It uses the Body Mass Index of the user to customise the pressure settings. When the user changes position the control unit modifies the pressure required in the overlay.

The Russka 2500 Overlay is semi-disposable. It has a two-chamber air system and a vapour-permeable cover. It is suitable for the treatment of pressure ulcers up to level III on the Norton scale. The Russka 3000 is suitable for treating individuals with pressure ulcers up to level IV on the Norton scale. It can be chemically cleaned for reuse. This overlay has a breathable top cover and a removable bottom cover.
