The Transair Alternating Cot Mattress Replacement System is a pressure relieving mattress and suitable for children with a very high risk of suffering from pressure sores. The pressure relief system consists of two cells with 19 polyurethane inner cells that alternate in a cycle of 10 minutes. The system includes a control unit that includes an alarm for a pressure drop or a power supply failure. The mattress is waterproof and maybe washed. It mattress can be used in three settings comfort, transportation and CPR modes and is suitable for use with CPR procedures when the airlines are removed from the pump unit.
