Culinare® Safety Peeler

This lightweight potato peeler consists of a horizontal rustproof metal blade and a large looped handle. The horizontal, two-edged blade swivels and can be used without having to bend the wrist. The wide looped handle is available in metal or plastic and may be helpful for individuals with arthritis. A scoop at one edge of the blade can be used to remove potato eyes and other undesirable parts of the potato. This peeler can also be used on other vegetables.
