Garnish Peeler

The Garnish Peeler consists of a horizontal blade and a large handle. The horizontal blade swivels and can be used without having to bend the wrist. Two scoops on either edge of the blade can be used to remove potato eyes or other undesirable parts of the produce. This peeler also features a built-in corer that can be extended when required.
