Gordon Peeler and Clamp

This device is designed to facilitate one-handed peeling. It clamps onto the edge of a table or worktop with a sliding mechanism. The swivelling peeling blade is set into the top of the device.

The user holds the vegetable and pushes it across the blade to peel it. The peelings drop behind the peeler onto a plate for easy disposal.
