Swedish Fix-It Cutting Board/Etac Food Preparation System

This plastic cutting board allows the user to perform a range of food preparation tasks with just one hand. It has an adjustable vice at one end which, can be used to hold food while chopping or to secure bowls or tins in place while stirring or opening them. 

It has six stainless steel food spikes at one end, which hold food in place when peeling and slicing. The board has four non-slip rubber feet that secure it to table or countertop surfaces.
