Wooden Food Preparation Board

The Food Preparation Board is designed to include features useful to those with limited hand mobility and dexterity who find it challenging to prepare food. It includes a lid with spikes onto which the food item can be fixed for slicing, fine and coarse graters, a peeler/slicer and a collection bowl. Each of the included items fits neatly into a cut-out within the board, keeping the food from moving or scattering and enabling the user to cut, slice or grate food one-handed if necessary. The board sits on four non-slip feet.
