Clyde Grater, Scraper and Spike

This food preparation unit allows the user to grate vegetables with one hand. It consists of a plastic chopping board with spikes and a grater attached.

The device has a plated metal mesh blade, which can be used to grate or peel vegetables. The three food spikes are embedded in the board and can be used to secure vegetables in place to peel them manually.
