Reflex Knife Range

This range includes a slicing knife, a carving knife, a chef's knife, a preparation knife and a carving fork. The knives and fork have contoured closed looped handles that are easy to grip. The handles are set at an angle to the blades to minimise the users wrist movement when cutting. The blades are made from stainless steel, and the entire range is dishwasher safe.

A range of Reflex Comfort Grip Knives is also available. These knives are the same as the original ones except they have a soft-touch, overmoulded handle that provides a more comfortable, slip-resistant grip.
