Aquaform Ankle Splint

This ankle splint is designed to immobilise the ankle after surgery, sprains, fractures, and soft tissue damage. It has an integral zipper, which aids its correct alignment. The splint can be remoulded to allow for greater movement as healing takes place. It is made from 1% perforated splinting material, which keeps the skin cool and comfortable. The splint is available in three sizes.

Aquaform pre-cut splints are made from Aquaplast material. This material retains 100% memory for revision of splints. When heated the material becomes transparent for greater observation when applying and to facilitate monitoring pressure areas. The material also allows X-rays to pass through it, so progress can be monitored without having to remove the splint.
