This boot-like device can be
used as an alternative to a short leg cast. It immobilises the foot
and ankle allowing them to heal. The boot is made from nylon, foam
and cotton. It has a contoured sole and contoured stays for
support. The support is held in place around the foot and leg with
hook and loop strapping.
