This splint is designed to support and position the users ankle and foot. It consists of a Neoprene strap, which is wrapped around the users leg and secured at the hips. The strap rotates the foot and leg and supports the ankle and arch.
This strap can be used to treat people with hypotonicity and mild hypertonicity. It is also suitable for individuals with cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis or weakness in the extremities. The strap helps normalise gait patterns by providing a gentle stretch from the ankle to the hip, while inverting or everting the foot.
