Carve-It Hand Positioning Splint

This splint is designed to position hands with mild to moderate finger spasticity. It protects the fingers and palm by preventing the fingers from closing too tightly into the hand. The splint has a foam cone that fits into the user's palm and is held in place with an adjustable strap that fits aound the user's knuckles.

The splint can be altered to suit the user by cutting the foam cone with an electric knife. The splint has a flat bottom, which means it can be easily positioned on flat surfaces. This splint is suitable for right and left-handed use and the cone has a removable cover that can be hand-washed and air-dried. Replacement covers are available separately.
