Progressive Palm Protector Splint

This hand splint is designed to treat individuals with tight hands or spasticity caused by neurological and arthritic conditions. The splint wraps around the user's hand and is held in place with two straps. A foam pad fits into the palm of the hand to hold the fingers open. The pad can be replaced with progressively larger pieces of foam as the users condition improves.

The large splint base fits most hand sizes, and the variable strapping system can be adjusted to provide different finger and thumb support combinations. An optional wrist support splint is also available in standard and paediatric sizes. It can be added to the hand splint for additional support. The splint should be hand-washed and air-dried.
