Theraplus™ TA Hand Orthosis

The Theraplus™ TA Hand Orthosis is a splint that is designed to support and progressively improve the position of the user's hand, wrist and fingers. The splint has a malleable aluminium base which is covered in layers of foam. It moulds around the thumb and under the arm creating a resting place for the fingers, holding the palm open. The splint also has an integrated thumb abductor.

The forearm, wrist and finger sections of the splint can be adjusted as the position of the user's hand improves. The splint is held in place with Velcro straps. The splint is available in regular rigidity only.
