This lightweight foam material is designed for making splints, collars and inserts for shoes. The material is heated to 140° C in an oven and then moulded and shaped to the limb.
It can be layered or laminated together by placing one piece of material on top of another before heating. This material is available in cases of two, four and eight sheets, which can be cut to size. The material is also available in rolls.
