This device provides a platform seated area over the bath and may be useful for individuals who have difficulty stepping into and sitting down in the bath.

The user sits on the board to transfer his/her legs into the bath. They can then stay on the board and wash using the shower, or they can move down from the board onto a bath seat. 

This plastic board fits across the width of the bath and is held in place with adjustable brackets. The rectangular board has slots to allow for water drainage. The seating area is slip-resistant, and a handle provides added security for the user.
