This powered bath lift assists carers when raising and lowering infants and small children into the bath. It helps to reduce the risk of back strain or injury to the carer. The bath lift has a metal base with a fabric stretcher seat. It has a backrest, a padded seat and a padded headrest and the seat and backrest are adjustable. The bath lift is operated by low air pressure. A bellows controls the elevating scissors, which are fixed to the lifts metal base.

The carer uses the corded remote control or the controls on the Airflo battery compressor to operate the lift. A body belt and side retaining clips are also included for safety. A version of this bath lift is available with side rails and leg straps. An adjustable pommel with a Velcro base is also available as a separate item.
