The Advantage Rail" is a pivoting
support rail that enables users to support themselves while
standing. It is also used to facilitate transfers providing support
when the user is getting into or out of the bath etc. The device
consists of an pivoting vertical pole with a locking horizontal
rail.
The poles horizontal rail locks into eight different positions.
To move the rail, the user raises it slightly. As soon as it is
lowered, it locks into place. There is a floor fixed version and a
mobile version of this pole. Suppliers may not carry both
models.
