These CDs are designed to help relax and destress an individual suffering from tinnitus. Tinnitus is a condition where the sufferer hears noises like whistling in their ears.

For some people their tinnitus is very loud and distracting, causing sleepless nights and stress. The sounds on these tapes and CDs create a soothing background noise that helps relieve the symptoms of tinnitus through relaxation or distraction.

There are two CDs available. 'Ultimate Relaxation' with Dr Hilary Jones describing practical exercises to aid relaxation, and 'Sea and Garden', a guided relatation programme.
