Lo-Bounce and Hi-Bounce Balls

This cloth-covered foam ball is available with a very slow bounce, or with a high fast bounce. The latter can be used for more conventional sports training like indoor football. The slow bounce ball moves slower than a conventional ball so it is easier to hit, kick and catch. The soft foam ball is covered in a colourful cloth that is easy to see.
