Thomas the Tank Engine is a switch-adapted version of the toy train. It is controlled by a very simple two-button remote control that has been adapted so that it can also be operated by two standard switches.
Pressing the first button or switch causes Thomas the Tank Engine to turn on the spot and pressing the second button or switch moves Thomas the Tank Engine in the chosen direction.
