Delta Standing Frame

The Delta standing frame is used to support the user in an upright position for therapy and treatment. It encourages weight bearing and may be used for early walking training. A trained therapist should always supervise when this equipment is in use. This compact standing frame has an electric lifting mechanism that can be powered by a 240v AC mains or a 24v DC battery pack.The device has a tubular steel frame, which is mounted on four castors. It has padded knee and hip supports and a cut-out tray as standard.

The user places their knees against the kneepads and fastens their feet into the strapped footboard. A sling is fitted around their waist and then attached to the raising system on the frame, which lifts them into a standing position. This frame is available with a range of accessories including straight thoracic support with laterals, a head control unit, a combined sliding footboard and tray, and a battery for mains to battery conversion.
