The Volt Powerchair is an electric powered wheelchair that is designed to allow the user flexible movement and increased mobility.
The wheelchair is fitted with two 50amp batteries to allow a range of 35km(21 miles). It has a maximum user weight of 135kg(20st). It is fitted with puncture-proof tyres and has a fixed aluminium frame with a manual seat tilt and back recliner to help prevent discomfort and pressure sores.
The Volt powerchair has padded upholstery and is available in three seat widths and depths. Detachable, height- and width-adjustable armrests and swing in/swing out footrests allow for comfort and convenience when transferring. Height-adjustable footrests provide extra support and pressure relief.
