The Posey Safety Vest can be used for fall prevention, keeping a user in a chair or bed, or as a restraint for medical treatment. The jacket is available with a rear fastening zipper that is located off centre to avoid placing added pressure on the spine or with hook and loop fastening strips. The jacket fastens to the bed with quick release buckles or tie straps and is machine washable.
